I wouldn't know, but based off the log provided, no. Looking at your new logs, please rename your mods folder to _mods and retry. There is not an LSPDFR crash.

The directory you wish to use must be called the original name; in this case "Grand Theft Auto V" You should rename them when you want to use them, so in this case the other can be called "Grand Theft Auto V - Clean" and your one with LSPDFR be called "Grand Theft Auto V" Hope this helps. 😄

I would refer you to my mods list here. Other than that, I would strongly recommend using the search filters on the website here to sort by newest etc. 😄

Hi again! 😄 I personally followed this guide which while on the old side, I found to be a good introduction. You don't need to be too experienced, and I definetly wasn't and still have a lot to learn. As well as, some callouts are open-sourced so if you are looking for examples, they can be useful as well; obviously not copying them. I hope this helps & do ask any more questions if you have any.
