A) It did not cause this crash. Nor have I seen it cause crashes. You basically pulled this solution out of a hat. B) It was updates less than a year ago. C) @DranokYou need to install RageNativeUI. It's this, quite frankly - poor support - that results in Plugin Developers becoming disheartened as you throw these sorts of accusations.

Just because it was causing it to crash doesn't mean you need to remove it. @yehonatan159 I spoke to Opus and you may be missing the texture files required. Attach a screenshot of GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR.

Even if you didn't know what the error was if you googled it, the first result would've been the solution. 👍For some reason a callout pack requires ScriptHookVDotNet3. Download it here.The following plugins are outdated. This means they are not updated for the latest LSPDFR version. I'd suggest their removal for the smoothest experience as they may cause issues. However, if you find this fixes the issue, you are welcome to try re-adding them. Though if an issue does reappear, then the plugin(s) should not be kept.
