In slightly more detail, your game is failing to spawn anything when requested to do so by callouts & Ultimate Backup, which is why you have lots of callouts going Code 4 on you. Please rename your mods folder to _mods and retry; this is a diagnostic step, not a solution and will temporarily disable your mods folder.

That's normal, Rockstar did not update the file description for GTAV. As for your issue, load GTAV and enter story mode, and only then load up RPH. How does that go?

That's because RageNativeUI isn't causing the crash at all. However, an out of date copy of LSPDFR certainly is! Update it by reinstalling LSPDFR.

Oh and please if you haven't already, turn that antivirus back on! 😄 You don't want to be turning it off, if need be you can make exceptions instead.

Never heard of Lambdna but maybe that's because it is for FiveM?

This is very likely to be a trainer issue. You probably have a IgnorePlayer or CopsIgnorePlayer setting enabled, disable this. 🙂

Were you trying to change your key binds in the in-game menu? If so, please try doing this manually in GTAV/lspdfr/keys.ini

This means the issue is in your mods folder! You should check that you have a custom gameconfig, heap & packfile limit adjuster installed and if the issue still persists, try reverting your recent changes. Worst comes to worst, you will need to make a new mods folder.

Sweet, you are using 686 Callouts! Thanks. 🙂 In one of your logs, your Plugin Timeout Threshold is too low - please increase it to 60,000 which can be done in the RPH settings. As for the FPS drop, if you are only experiencing this after accepting a specific call - it's likely they are related. If your issue persists, please attach a new log & tell me which is causing it.
