Hiya, Arrest Manager, Interaction+ & Traffic Policer are outdated. This means they have not been updated by the developers for the latest LSPDFR API versions, and can cause instability. You should look at Bejoijo's plugins as an alternative.

Don't be afraid to provide detail. Update GTAV; it can be forced by deleting GTA5.exe & verifying your game files.

Wait a minute! Removing dinput8.dll is a diagnostic step to determine whether you have an issue with your .asi scripts (dinput8.dll is your ASI Loader). To further help diagnose this issue, please move all .asi files in your main directory, to your desktop. Then, please re-add dinput8.dll to your main directory. Re-add your .asi files individually, and test if your game runs. Once you've identified which .asi file is causing the issue, please let me know. 🙂

Based on the fact the INFO.txt is uploaded, which is not found in the pack_default folder, I would say no. 🤔

It very much sounds like you haven't installed the additional .XML files required. It should be one for each vehicle. Please attach your ELS log - a text document in your main directory which will provide further clarification on this. 😄
