I tied that it didnt work as well While its loading up

In game overlay was already off. I updated the drivers, and I got a little further in the loading process but it still crashed.

Gta loads fine normally. I do have geforce software installed. Ill try what you suggested.

Rage keeps crashing on start-up with the warning bad antivirus or insufficient permissions. It does not give a crash report although it says it is creating one. I've tried some small thing like reinstalling it, changing the limit to 60000, and disabling direct x hook. Nothing seems to work. Just asking so I can finally play again. UPDATE: I added it to anti virus exclusion and it did not work.

I reinstalled the game and the problem still occurs. I don't know what is going on.

It instantly crashes with an error message saying its unauthorized and I need to reinstall the game.

it is crashing faster than usual now. I ran it with rph to see if the crash log might give us a lead, but I can't seem to spot anything. RagePluginHook.log
