Okay a few things: You need to update LSPDFR You have installed your other plugins incorrectly. I know the EUP menu goes in GTAV/Plugins yet I can't see that on your screenshot. Read the readme and try again

You are probably editing the meta file incorrectly if it crashes on startup. Make sure to not leave accidental indents/spaces
