I'll explain while we did each step: Clearing your commandline -> having too many values in there can sometimes cause issues Your Plugin Timeout Threshold -> This is how much time plugins are given to load before they are terminated for being unresponsive. Out of date plugins -> They haven't been updated for the latest LSPDFR API and they have a risk of crashes etc..

Do the following: Clear the contents of your "commandline" -> a text document found in your main directory Make sure your Plugin Timeout Threshold is 60,000 -> This can be done in the RAGE settings You also have Traffic Policer, Arrest Manager and LSPDFR+ I strongly advise you remove them as they can cause crashes and create system instability. This is indeed the right file! Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the issue persists
