Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'RAGENativeUI, Version=1.6.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Gosh you were missing a few files. You are now missing "RageNativeUI" It is found here and goes in your main directory

Send a new log

Exception message: Could not find a part of the path 'D:\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup\DefaultRegions.xml'. You are missing a file for UltimateBackup. If you don't know where your copy is you can get a fresh version from a new install 🙂

That matches up with your log. Could you save it to your desktop then add a vanilla copy. Does it still crash?
