Save your edited XML file to your desktop and then replace the one in the Ultimate Backup folder with a vanilla file. Also the following are out of date and I strongly advise you remove them:

Attach your ScriptHookV + ELS log -> both text documents found in your main directory

You have a very complicated error -> namely there isn't a nice easy solution. Do you have any Windows Updates? If so -> do them!

The vehicles.meta file should be installed in: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
