Yes so by renaming your mods folder, you disable it -> that includes EUP. Now if you rename it back to "mods" does it still crash?

That's jumping the gun a bit, but defintely check text files such as META files as mistakes can easily happen there.

As you are aware the issue is in your mods folder. What have you added/configured?

Ah yes I think that does the LSPDFR side of things rather than Ultimate Backup. Though like @SUPREME LEADER CAT said I am sure there will be tutorials

Well if it doesn't cause you issues then there is no harm -> but be aware!

That file isn't for Ultimate Backup. You may want to try the file I attached earlier and just editing it to your liking. That would require some patience.

Not too sure but this would be a place to start:

Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 -> This can be done in the RAGE settings

Yep - it disabled them. One of your plugins is causing you issues. Add them one by one testing if you get crashes
