    i solved this by deleting one of my gfx mods , RPH crashes if you have ~30 add-ons in mods folder.

    I made my own carpack , replacing all original traffic vehices to real ones. It works fine in original story mode, but when i hook my game with RPH and load LSPDRF, textures does not loading , and after 3 minutes game is crashing. I removed my carpack , and without carpack LSPDFR works fine. How i can run gta 5 with lspdfr and carpack without any problems? sorry for my bad english.
