You are indeed downloading the latest version but that doesn't make them updated. For example Traffic Policer hasn't been updated for over a year. Most replacements can be found here but if there is anything in particular you want let me know.

If you rename your mods folder to _mods do you still experience crashes?

1. Open up your main GTA V directory and click on the lspdfr folder. 2. Open the lspdfr.ini and make Main.PreloadAllModels set to false. Once that's done save and close it.

PoliceSmartRadio + Traffic Policer are out of date so I strongly advise you remove them. As someone who does British LSPDFR I would steer you away from EUP as the quality is much lower (Unless you have paid peds.) I presume you are using this:

EUP shouldn't do that. You using custom EUP uniforms? Could you attach a log for me?

Was that all before you loaded the game to test if they work? Otherwise you'll have to uninstall a lot of things.
