What we've done is: 1. Try without RAGE 2. Disabled your mods folder 3. Disabled all your ASI scripts + files that require SHV I'm afraid a reinstall may be your only option.

Regular Callouts is already updated in the log? Plugin RegularCallouts 1.1.2 has been initialised. As well as, I advise you remove Wilderness Callouts as it is also out of date.
