Yes, you haven't addressed the modifier key as I said. You have the modifier key set to "LControlKey" This means you must press F1 and LControlKey. If you don't want that, set it to "None"

And what were you pressing to open it?

Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry for me 🙂

SpeedRadarLite has loaded succesfully without error. Which key are you using to try and enable it?

You shouldn't disable your antivirus - instead make an exception of the GTAV folder. As well as, make sure you have created an exception with Windows Defender as well.
