Not really no. It is down to you I'm afraid... Worst scenario is that you have to start a new mods folder.

If you open the LML application I believe you can disable installs there. Note that I don't use it so I may be a little off.

You have either installed them incorrectly or haven't installed a gameconfig - required for lots of mods. Have you got that installed?

I strongly advise you remove Traffic Policer and Assorted Callouts as they are out of date. Following that, retry.

Remove PoliceSmartRadio and retry.

Attach your RagePluginHook -> a text document found in your main directory.

ComputerPlus is missing some files. I suggest you remove it anyway as it is out of date or you can reinstall it.

Go to GTAV/plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR Then retry for me. Also, what are your system specifications?

That plugin developer is abolsutely right. This would only be the 2nd case I've had of someone still having this error despite increasing their PPT (Plugin Timeout Threshold) The person who had this before resolved it by installing LSPDFR manually - can you do that making sure to replace all files? You will also need to install RAGE as LSPDFR comes with an older version.

I've had a look at your plugins and most are out of date - this comes with the risk of frequent crashes so I strongly advise you remove them. They are in bold below:

Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 - this can be done in the RAGE settings 🙂

So it is most likely a plugin in there then. Sadly your log doesn't give an indication on what that might be. Reenable that folder then remove the contents to your desktop. Then slowly re-add them a few at a time. This way you should be able to root down the plugin causing it.
