This means you have an error in your mods folder - we know as your game has worked with it disabled. What have you recently installed?

Try again for me. When it crashes go to your event viewer and find the last crash. Attach a screenshot of it here.

Sadly I believe you are facing a bug - the only known fix is a reinstall of GTAV.

Are you just using base LSPDFR? No mods folder etc.

You have a bunch of out of date plugins I strongly advise you remove. They could cause frequent crashes.

Attach a log of that for me please.

Remove Interaction+ and retry.
