  9. I guess it didn't. This means you have an issue inside your mods folder. Revert your previous changes.
  10. It wouldn't crash if it was out of date - you'd just get a popup.
  11. ScriptHookV wouldn't be crashing your game - but rather something that uses it. Add bad SHV then retry. It will crash so attach your ScriptHookV log -> a text document found in your main directory
  12. Attach your RagePluginHook log -> a text document found in your main directory
  13. Either reinstall PSR or remove it as it is out of date.
  14. Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry
