In your main directory - your GTAV folder - there is a text document called RagePluginHook. Please attach it.

That isn't going to cause you problems - unless you are experiencing any which you haven't described?

You've made an error in your configuration files for EUP - something has been added twice.

No problem, glad it was resolved! 😄

This means the problem is in your mods folder. Revert your recent changes. Confirm you've installed a heap adjuster, packfile adjuster, and a custom gameconfig. If the above 2 steps do not work, you will need to start a new mods folder. I hope this helps. 🙂

Please rename your mods folder to _mods & retry. This is a diagnostic step, and will temporarily disable your mods folder.

You have installed ELS incorrectly. You are missing: ELS.asi ELS.ini AdvancedHook.dll All of these files can be found in the ELS download, and should be placed in your GTAV folder.
