My ELS cars wont work, I have Script hook V installed, and ELS. Any fix?

Hello there Officers of LS. I downloaded a ELS car, but the ELS wont work, I put the XML files into ELS, But they still wont work. I do have Script Hook V downloaded. Any fix?

Hello, Today, My RPH wont start up GTA 5, But I think the problem is that RPH says im using "Retail", but I got the game off Steam. Is there a way to fix? Thanks!

I already verified my game files (steam) do I have to do a clean install of GTA 5 now?

I dont have a vfs file, so here is my ASI and ELS log asiloader.log ELS.log I also have Script Hook V and Script hook dot net. I saw in your recent solutions that Script hook dot net is causing problems. Should I delete that?

My RPH keeps crashing, I have LSPDFR, and I have a police car pack. I also have Compulite, PLD, Callouts, STP, And STP Extra questions with a few more plugins. Please Help RagePluginHook.log

Hey there officers of LS! None of my car packs work, I've tried everything, I've Gone here, to reddit and even some youtubers, but that didn't help. I tried downloading the valor pack, it worked, but I tried downloading a new car pack WITHOUT deleting the valor pack, and it messed everything up. Ill put some images here. Everything is up to date, my plugins, RPH, LSPDFR, and ScriptHook. Only plugins Im using are: - Compulite - STP and Extra questions for STP - EUP - United and Super callouts - Ultimate backup Like I said, EVERTHING is up top date. I drag all the car files into Patch day 24 in OpenIV with edit mode on, But I did realize I don't get a "Texture Documentary". I Drag all the "Police3" YFT, YTD, and hi_.YTD. The cars livery is all messed up, and when I load into the game, the cars are all broken. I dragged the VCF into ELS, and the META into Open IV. PLEASE HELP ME! IVE TRIED AND WAITED A LONG TIME FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME! Here are the images;
