Traffic Policer requires LSPDFR+ I personally advise you remove Traffic Policer as it is out of date but if you want to keep it, just install LSPDFR+ 🙂

Make the GTAV folder an exception to your antivirus + Windows Defender.

You are missing some files from Ultimate Backup. Reinstall it 🙂

Never ever upload a log like again 😂 So much scrolling - you can just upload the file next time 🙂 Believe the issue is with SlimDX. But first go to GTAV/plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR Does the issue still persist?

No. Just reinstall. It will override all pre existing files.
