Citation, auch genannt Ticket, sind standartmäßige Strafzettel. Arrests wiederrum sind Haftstrafanträge. Je nach vergehen stellst du also entweder ein Ticket aus, oder, wenn es dort nicht zu finden ist erstellst du einen File für Haftanträge. Parkverstöße, Geschwindigkeitsüberschreitungen, Verlassen des Fahrstreifens usw. sind im US-Recht nur dann zur Haft zu bringen wenn es mit Dingen zusammen hängt wie z.B. "Driving under the influence", oder bei Mehrfachverstößen. Kurz gesagt: Citations = Tickets / Ordnungswidrigkeiten Arrests = Schwere Verstöße / Haftanträge

After installng all mods, step by step and testing them it seems to be a Problem with the Arrest Manager by Albo. so I had some files in my Main folder that forced the game to crash on loading RageHook ingame. Another fact is that my R*-Launcher just f... up on loading the game with issues after crashing. In this case i had to restart my Machine until it started again. Not 1 time, that it started just after on restart. Seems to be solved by looking for the Mods, wich caused the problems.

Problem isn't there anymore after redownloading the whole game. I think there is a problem with some background stuff on the Rockstar Gameservices / Launcher / Authenticator. After a Restart of my System it was possible to start the game without any problems. Let me bring in the needed data for LSPDFR and take a look for any probs. If there will be any problems, i will reply, otherwise I will just inform you that the thread can be closed.

That's the point. I will start a new download, yet. (9 in 5 Days...)

As asked for:

Copied the files, tried, no effect (Update your game). Updated, tried, no effect (Without validation). Validated, tried, no effect. The only way to get the game running is to download it for new. After this it works (normally), but every download takes 5-6h... =/ P.s.: and it only works for up to 10 starts...

There is actually no mod folder, thats the points. So after the first time blackscreen pops and the game closes i have to redownload the whole game. That's what su... I brought in a clean installed copy, updated it to 1.0.2245, tried to start and got the same prob. Could it be the Graphics driver? Cause there has been an update on March 16th, short before the R*-Update was able.

After Refreshing the Game the problem is the same. Launcher has finished, game start with blackscreen and closes instantly...

Did this allready, waiting for the update, than i will retry it.

Yes, it also crashes. I made a Backup, resetting my GTA Folder. after this i will try to start the game.

One other thing: I also removed one of the Cop Cars by a replace. ELS xml was with it. Did it like every time. Another thing is, that, when it worked fine @17:30h, I got a crash of LSPDFR when switching on the vehicle right after the Transporter. Dunno, if this is helpful...

I'm sorry, but didn't work. So when i start the Game the launcher finishes, then GTA pops up and instantly closes after a short Blackscreen. Can it be that there is a Problem with a file that has changed after Starting with a mod? Another thing i figured is that after a reinstall the game runes, also when i installed redux and some other things. Last time i reinstalled it with doing mods one after another it first crashed after configurating LSPD SmartRadio and Transport Manager (both by albo and in this case not updated for a long time). Could this be the Problem?

And how do i do this? (Ger / Eng)
