The issue is in your mods folder. Do you have a custom game config and a heap adjuster installed?

This can be seen in the log. For safekeeping, increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000. If that doesn't help, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

Rename your folder back to _mods and retry, and if it crashes attach a log. We are disabling your mods folder as we attempt to locate the issue.

You have an XML error. Move stations_sahp.xml from lspdfr/data/custom to your main directory and retry.
