Yes, dinput8.dll disables your .asi files, including trainers and ELS. Of you now re-add it, does it crash?

No you did not. Where are they from? Your logs folder. Doesn't sound like your main directory.

2 things. 1: These are out of date and I advise their removal 2. As the game runs with your mods folder disabled, you have an issue in there. Do you have a heap adjuster and custom game config installed?
