You need to update LSPDFR but that wouldn't be causing your game to crash. Please rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

The crash isn't coming from LSPDFR so I'll ask that you disable your mods folder again and retry 🙂If you are missing something you will usually get a System File Not Found exception. In regards to your crashes, they are coming from BetterEMS. Try reinstalling it.Woohoo!
