ScriptHookV is not causing your game to crash, most likely. Rather, it is something that uses ScriptHookV. Attach your ScriptHookV log -> a text document found in your main directory.

I'd advise you remove Traffic Policer as it is out of date. Failing that, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.
