Interesting. Well, I'm not too sure then, as far as I'm aware their aren't any known conflicts with the current gameconfig. It may be worth taking a look at the gameconfig for LML, but other than that, I'm not too sure.

You have the Epic Games version. You should not open the game with RAGE. Instead, launch GTAV without RAGE and at the siren loading screen, ALT + TAB out and open RAGE letting it hook.

There is no text document in your main directory called RagePluginHook? Attach a screenshot of your directory please.

You have an XML error; I believe it is in specialunits.xml for Ultimate Backup. Specifically: 'pax' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '='. Line 3012, position 69.

To use Bejoijo's plugins, you must have an active internet connection.

LSPDFR has a Callout Manager embedded in the LSPDFR pause tab. Use that to force callouts if you would like.

Disable "Ignore player" / "Cops ignore player" or similar in your trainer...if I understood correctly...

Code 3 Callouts, CodeRedCallouts and Wilderness Callouts are out of date, I advise you remove them.
