Yes. RAGE comes with LSPDFR.

Nail on the head. Okay. So to clarify, did you do what I suggested? You need to install RAGE from the LSPDFR Manual install; not the RAGE install on the website as it is not the updated copy.

As per the FAQ, which I suggest reading, you need to increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 - this can be done in the RAGE settings. 😄

You need to update RageNativeUI. Because that isn't where it is supposed to be. 😄 Also, you installed SmoothDrivingV incorrectly.

Reinstall the "lspdfr" folder from the LSPDFR manual install. Backup your keys.ini / lspdfr.ini if you wish, but that should fix it. 🙂

Fantastic, I wouldn't know specifically why, might be a setting. Did you possibly have "Everyone ignore player" / "Cops ignore player" on? You could try re-adding it and making sure it is not the case. Otherwise, it might just be Menyoo. 😄

All I can think of is reverting whatever you did to your mods folder then...specifically weapon related.
