Wait. Slow down. So OpenIV crashed? Does the game crash as well? What .rpf is corrupted? is it the update.rpf? Also, what did you do to get a corrupted .rpf?

Extract EUP from the downloads and put it somewhere like Documents for example. Then Open Package Installer and go to documents then you should find it.

What did you do to get a corrupted rpf? Also, what's wrong with resetting your mods? We do this every update. Verify your game cache and see how it goes

Well then you should be good to go. In case you edit any core files, make sure to make a backup of the default ones.

For the vehicle pack issue, make sure to put it in 17-22. First, you should get used to reinstalling your mods. We do this every update. Don't be lazy and drag your old mods folder onto your new one. That causes corrupt game data. Verify your game cache and see if it works then.
