Have you edited anything prior to the crash? Delete Immersive Dispatch and see if the issue still persists. PoliceSmartRadio.DisplayHandler..cctor() I also see this as part of the error. Do you have PoliceSmartRadio still installed? Or any trace of if left?

Delete Everything from Albo. That's my only advice. Download STP and UB from Bejo.

Rename your _plugins folder back to plugins and send me that log. Then, once you have done that, rename your mods folder to _mods
