I decided to create two distinct DOT departments, a municipal one for the city of Los Santos, as well as a statewide one for San Andreas. For the LSDOT, I added in some different Depot names and matching logos, Adam's Apple Blvd, Chupacabra St, and Rancho. In addition, a couple police tow liveries (the SAHP one matches my SAHP Livery set) And just as an added bit, a couple Los Santos Customs "Authorized Police/Highway Tow" liveries. I wish I could link more free tow trucks, but unfortunately it seems at the moment, all the quality tow models are paid in this community. For ultimate cohesion/immersion with your background non-law enforcement vehicles, I scrapped and cobbled together this set. Transit Police liveries are the only ones I did NOT put together myself. Those are from Chief1234, and I highly recommend their CVPI file (attached below) with their livery. I just adapted it to fit other vehicles. The bus liveries are enhanced (from the ground up) vanilla Transit liveries by me. I added ads to the sides and rear, and designed the Rapid Line blue liveries to add some variety to the buses. I don't have a link to the F150's used, and the liveries are transparent. I used the orange color base, or 38 in carvariations to make it always spawn same color. Supervisor livery is white or 111 for carvariations. The old RTS bus already had a similar livery, I linked that as well despite not attaching any liveries for it. Paramus, NJ inspired La Mesa Police liveries. I also edited the patch of the real-life city of La Mesa, California to omit "California", and used that on the liveries, as well as on uniforms. I included a file of just the patch for anyone who wants to add to their EUP textures. The vehicles used are from Allen Development's Liberty 1 Pack, available on his Discord. Inspired by a combination of different real-world liveries, I wanted a simple streamlined livery that stood out but had a realistic design as well. The liveries included are transparent, in order to get the silver base, either use a trainer to change vehicle color or (preferable for AI use/uniform spawning) change carvariations file to make default spawn color silver (4). Bluish Silver also looks good, I've found.
