I've been playing GTA5 with the LSPDFR mod for almost a year. Months that I want to start to mod this game. And one week that I create my first callouts pack: and here it is!
I am happy to present the second edition (COUNTY EDITION 2022.2.0) to the public.
So... let's get started!
I. Requirements:
To use belicCallouts, you must have installed and updated these necessities:
Legal copy of GTA V
Rage Plugin Hook
LSPD First Response (LSPDFR) (v0.4.9 at least)
Open All Interiors (optional)
II. Installation:
To install belicCallouts, you must to follow these instructions carefully to avoid any bug:
Open belicCallouts archive
Drag and drop Grand Theft Auto V folder content on your GTA5 root directory
III. Usage:
To use belicCallouts, you must to be On Duty.
You can trigger a belicCallout from the LSPDFR menu (Callouts page), from Rage console with StartCallout ... command, or by waiting!
You can edit belicCallouts.INI to custom your in-game experience with this plugin.

Roleplay+ is an animation menu featuring 60+ animations that you can easily key bind. I wanted to make a menu that features animations you can walk around while using.
Features:
Smoking animations Drinking animations Cop animations Arm animations Lean & Sit animations Exercise animations Dance animations Various object animations Walk Style animations Gestures animations Attach Submenu
Keybind System:
Press Shift + Enter on the animation you want to keybind, then press any key you want to assign. It will automatically save to the ini. To delete a keybind, press Shift + Enter, then press Spacebar. You can change the Menu key and the Stop Animation key inside the menu.
Does Shift+Enter minimize your game?
You can change the Shift modifier in the menu or ini file (InMenuChangeKeybindModifier=ShiftKey)
Installation:
Put Roleplay+.dll and Roleplay+.ini in the plugins folder, NOT plugins/lspdfr folder, just plugins!! Load the plugin through RagePluginHook, two ways to do this are: Open the RPH Console in game with F4 and type "LoadPlugin Roleplay+.dll" OR you can open your RPH settings and have Roleplay+ load when you launch the game.

Features:
Take notes with an on-screen notepad 3 different styles including Clipboard, Notepad and Tablet Customize the font, color and positioning of the notes and page title Animations for the Clipboard, Notepad and Tablet depending on which style you have selected
Default Keybinds:
Open Menu: F12 Open Notepad: N You can change these keys inside the menu or the ini file, there's also options for modifiers!

Known Issues:
Certain hotkeys from other plugins may trigger when typing notes. From my experience, menus like Stop The Ped will not open, but things like Grammar Police radio or Roleplay+ animations will trigger if you hit any hotkey while taking notes. I'm trying to figure out a way to avoid this for a future update.

Bring immersion to your GTA V / LSPDFR experience with Stow That Weapon, a highly customizable RPH plugin that visually stores your long guns and shotguns on your character when they're not in use. Weapons are attached realistically to your player, complete with attachments, tint, and fully adjustable positioning to suit your preference. With full AI support, the same realistic stowing behavior can be applied to NPCs as well - making patrols and scenes feel even more authentic.
The Features
Automatic Weapon Stowing: Once you switch away from an accepted weapon, it's automatically placed on your character until needed again.
Customizable Weapon Positions: Fine-tune weapon placement with adjustable offsets and rotation to achieve the perfect fit on your character.
Customizable Weapon List: Define exactly which weapons should be stowed via configuration settings.
Live In-Game Settings Menu: Use the built-in menu (default key F5) to tweak most settings on the fly, including positioning offsets and rotation.
Attachment Support: Stowed weapons display their attachments and accessories, with optional support for addon components.

Installation
Installation is as simple as dragging the contents of the zip file to your GTA V folder.
BackWeapon.dll and BackWeapon.pdb will end up in the plugins folder and RAGENativeUI.dll is in the main directory.
Please note if you already have RAGENativeUI installed, it is recommended to keep whichever is newer.
Load with RPH.
Notes and Resources
GTA V NOTE: Sometimes the GTA V folder gets set as read-only. This may prevent the plugin from writing to the ini file which would likely result in a crash. Please ensure your GTA V folder is not set to read-only before using this plugin.
MENU NOTE: Almost all settings can be changed by the menu except the accepted weapons and addon components lists, which must be manually edited within the BackWeapon.ini file. The ini file can be reloaded via the Reload ini File menu option. The only setting that requires the plugin to be reloaded is EnableAI. Changing this in game will not have an effect until the plugin is reloaded.
INI NOTE: The .ini file is not provided with the download and is instead generated if it does not exist on first load of the plugin. If it does exist, the plugin will check for missing values and add them.
ADDON COMPONENTS NOTE: AddonComponents in the ini file is to be used if you have any addon weapon components (all default weapon components are already accounted for), so that they show up on the stowed weapon. You add them using the name (i.e., COMPONENT_AT_AR_FLSH) and separate multiple values with a comma.

After careful consideration the Real Traffic AI script has now STOPPED development. I have made a new mod currently on my patreon which integrates Real Traffic AI & Real Pursuit AI into one big mod with a whole load of brand new features. So go check it out!

Emergency yielding is designed to support LSPDFR-style gameplay by helping traffic react more realistically when police, fire, or EMS vehicles need room to move.

If you are running a heavily modded LSPDFR setup, it is recommended to start with the default settings first before making major changes.

Real Traffic AI V2.0 is designed to work alongside LSPDFR and most common script-based realism setups.
Because GTA V traffic is controlled by many different systems at once, compatibility can vary depending on your full mod list.
For best results:
Avoid using multiple mods that aggressively control the exact same civilian traffic behaviour
Test with default Real Traffic AI settings first
Keep ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet updated

Real Traffic AI improves civilian behaviour, but it does not replace the entire GTA V traffic engine.
Some odd behaviour may still happen due to:

Emergency scenes with many vehicles
Script-heavy LSPDFR setups

Control Panel
We have our own online Control Panel, each player can create his own profile
The Control Panel has currently not many functions but I have many functions in Planning
e.g. a house system, Car System , statistic how many people were arrested and more.
Hunger System
To stay alive you need to eat, we have created on the map eat stations where you can fill your life.
Vehicle gas tank system
Each vehicle has its own fuel tank, the tank is stored in a local database after restarting GTA it is therefore still present
There are petrol stations on the map where you can fill up your vehicle tank
The faster you drive the more fuel you consume
You have now the choice what you want for a Texture and the Texture - position, read the GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/PoliceLifeS/PoliceLifeS.ini file for more information!
Rank System
If you successfully complete tasks then you get experience points, your rank you can view on our website
so when you arrest a person you get Experience Points
Later features are available only with a certain rank
Shift Work System
You can now start your shift work, the shift is 8 hours (30 Min. reallife time) if you die, your shift is canceled
If you survive the time then you get Exp. If you arrested more criminals then you get more Exp.
To get Exp you must be logged, read the PoliceLifeS.ini file (GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/PoliceLifeS/PoliceLifeS.ini)
The starting point is marked on the map if you are going Onduty, its the Police Department in Los Santos
Money System
You have now your own Money System, when you press Capslock you can see your money.
After a shift work you get 75-800$ on the website you can your money too.
You can buy something soon with your money, this is in development Speedometer + Gauge Fuel

Download the latest version of the Installation pack
Extract All Files and shifting the "System.Data.SQLite.dll" in your GTA Main directory

create a profile on our site, login and follow the instructions!

Thank you for checking out my Charges & Citations. As of v1, this list is going to undergo changes in organization, fine amounts, suspension, revocation, etc, to better suit the realistic-lore aspect that I want to use in my own personal game. Decided to do all of this after getting tired of hunting and pecking for charges that either weren't there, or were there but in the incorrect spot. These charges and citations are heavily influenced by both the State of Oregon and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including verbiage from both. This will be more refined with time so bare with me.
Currently, the statutes go like this:

Reports+ is what I use in my game so the likelihood of transferring this to anything else is slim, however I may consider it.

SARS 102.115 / 102.116; UUMV & Poss. of a Stolen Vehicle key differences:
* UUMV - Operating a motor vehicle without effective consent of the owner, possible deprivation of ownership
* Poss. of a Stolen Vehicle - Intent to permanently deprive ownership, should reasonably know the vehicle is stolen

Body Cam is a mod whose original intention is to add physical body cams to officers. As an added bonus, it allows you to switch to your own body cam view.
In the INI file, you can set which ped models should be fitted with a bodycam. You can also set the keys to switch to your Body Cam view - which, as an added bonus, can also be used within the Rockstar Editor.

Dangrizzly8511 reacted to chadc78 for a file, Realistic Usable Charges & Citations for *CompuLite*This is a comprehensive collection of charges and citations for CompuLite, there is a lot of charges that are realistic and actual statutes. It will take some time to get used to this because of the numerous amount of charges but once you learn to navigate it and find the charges you need and you will find them they are here then you will enjoy using it.
**WARRANTS** - There is not and will not be a charge added Labeled "WARRANT" as there is no such charge in any statute in any state, A warrant is simply a document issued by a court to authorize arrest of an individual for a charge in which the court found probable cause thru a sworn affidavit or criminal complaint to issue such warrant. If you get a ped with a wanted status you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her with whatever the charge is they are wanted for for example if you stop a ped for speeding and dispatch or CompuLite advises the ped is wanted for "Burglary" then you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her for Burglary and whatever offenses you have them for if any. There isnt an additional charge for "Warrant", so before you comment and ask the answer is no I will not add a Unrealistic non charge.
**WARNING CITATIONS** - When issuing a Warning Citation to ped make sure to UNCHECK the NOTICE TO APPEAR box if you dont uncheck the box then when you submit the Citation LSPDFR will CRASH. There is no fine amount or jail time assigned to a warning citation so there is no need for a court appearance anyway.
**RP DVP** - DVP (Domestic Violence Petition) There is 3 charges under the category labled FOR ROLE PLAY ONLY adn these charges are DVP (1) 30 Day (2) 90 Day and (3) 180 day and these are for random generation from CompuLite to the peds History. So when you stop a ped for whatever reason and the ped has a firearm in his/her possession and has a valid permit for such when you run the ped thru CompuLite it may generate in the peds history a charge of DVP (30 Days) if so then you would validate it with the date it was issued in Compulite with the date it is at the time of your interaction with ped and if its less than 30 days then the DVP is active and the ped is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition therefore is in violation of the DVP and this goes the same for the 90days and 180days, just simply a little something extra to add to your gamplay
**DWI / DUI** - DWI = Driving While Intoxicated, DUI = Driving Under the Influence of Narcotics. There are multiple DUI and DWI charges within these XML's theres 1st, 2nd and Felony 3rd offense and each one has a different penalty, there is also charges for DWI/DUI with bodily injury, death, property damage etc. etc. When you are charging a ped with DUI or DWI it is important to check the peds history in CompuLite to see if the ped has previous DUI/DWI charges that way you can charge the ped with the appropriate offense 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. The legal BAC is .08% however like in most states there is a substantially lower BAC for drivers who are under the legal drinking age of 21 or who possess a Commercial or CDL license and also for anyone who operates a motor cycle the legal BAC for these drivers is .04%. So keep in mind that using mods probably wont alert to the smell of alcohol if the driver is below .08% so i would ask questions !!
**(M), (F), (A)** - In the Charges XML you will see that all the charges either begin with a (M) or a (F) they simply identify if the charge is a (M)Misdemeanor or (F)Felony. In the Citations XML you will find that some Citations start with a (A) this is to let you know the citation is also an arrest-able offense and charge and it is your discretion to either arrest and charge the ped or Cite the ped (any Citation that has (A) there is also a Charge for it in the Charges XML) all arrest able citations are misdemeanors there is no option to cite and release a felony, all felony charges are thru arrest only.
To install go to GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/CompuLite and simply drag and drop and replace default XML files

IMPORTANT!
Different MLOs made on the same location/ area (Grapeseed, Sandy Shores, etc..) are mostly incompatible especially if they share even just a single file (ymap, ybn, ytyp, etc ..). So BEFORE you complain about my MLO causing other MLOs to crash or not load, make sure you check any duplicate files for both/all MLOs you are planning to install together on that same location.
For those who don't have a mod that adds the BCSO Agency, kindly change the Agency line in stations.xml from 'bcso' to 'lssd'.

- Currently, peds do not recognize doors so they will circle around in panic if provoked and hostile or friendly peds can't follow you inside yet. I'm still figuring out this navmesh thingy.

You can change:
The time between the beeps The serial number in the overlay The model text in the overlay The logo and sound A manual toggle key to activate/deactivate the overlay The general overlay scale The date If it works in every view or first person only
A legit copy of Grand Theft Auto V RAGE Plugin Hook
Installation:
1. Copy the files from the .zip into your Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\ folder.
2. Check the .ini file in Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ and adjust the settings and keybinds to your liking.
3. Load the plugin via the RAGE Plugin Hook settings or ingame via the console and enjoy 🙂
How to use the custom logo/sound:
Logo: Place a .png with the logo of your choice (and preferably transparent background) in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.png".
Sound: Place a .wav file with the sound of your choice in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.wav".
Don't go too crazy with the logo/sound files and keep them as small as possible in terms of file size. Larger sizes might cause issues/crashes.
