Seeing as you're new I'll give you some tips.. A- Pictures, pictures are a great thing as they provide reference points to what you are wanting. B- More information is always great, what/where is nh? A fair chunk of the modellers on this site aren't from the US (assuming that's where this "nh" is) so more information is always key. C- skins are always easier to replicate than actual models. Maybe someone has made this mysterious nh department livery already and all you have to do is find the vehicles you're happy to apply said texture(s) to. D- Google is your friend, if you can't find it on this site then try google as after all these years I'm sure someone, somewhere has done something you might be after.

This is actually really neat, having the ability to change/create patterns via a simple text change is truly amazing. If this does become fruitful and a script like the ELS pattern changer could be made to read the file and maybe even have the ability to change patterns while in game (like a plugin) could create virtually unlimited possibilities for everyone. And also maybe render ELS obsolete as then the only feature it would have over default lighting is the ability to change siren tones (which I'm sure a script could be written to do as well). I do look forward to more info on your research!

So someone on GTA5 mods released an unlocked 2013 somewhat semi close LAPD tahoe and I was wondering if someone here could actually finish it and make it a replica, most of the work is already done making said job easier. Definitely wouldn't mind seeing an unmarked LAPD Suburban or even a marked one, really tired of the 2015 model.

Hey people, I'm wondering if any modellers could turn Lt. Caines new ambulance into an LAPD Bomb Squad vehicle. It's a simple change of the lighting from red/red to red/blue but because it uses coronas it can't be done via a simple texture change. I'll include some photos of a fictional one which includes some extra spotlights on the front. If you can take this up and finish it rather quickly please comment or message me. Cheers!

So with the new RPH 43 and everything else being updated I got my game running again and have found a weird glitch, none of the blips on the map seem to be disappearing. This includes callouts, traffic stops and anything else that requires a map blip. I have installed everything again yet still seem to be having the same problem. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me (I really hope not) Pics below..

I quite like this idea, I'd love to actually see an LAPD K-9 vehicle to put the K-9 skins to use. Even it was simple and just had a cage in the back I'd be mighty happy.

While yes there still have been a few here an there in the last 20 years (none of which firearms were used), the great and powerful US of A has had more than 4 in a matter of days. The fact remains I can still safely defend my family, house and others without the need for firearms (It's called learning how to fight). And even if I did have access to guns I wouldn't go out and get one because a piece of paper says I can.
