Update: The thing started working again for me by removing all plugins and having reinstalled lspdfr 0.4.7 (Manual), it seems that some plugins are the problem

ERROR: Could not load plugin from "D:\GTA NEU\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\Disarm.dll". Assembly Disarm.dll (Disarm, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null) does not have the required Plugin attribute. I believe you have installed the Disarm plugin incorrectly. In fact from the Readme I read that you have to install the dll in the GTA 5 folder but in reality you have to insert that file inside the Plugins folder, look if this resolve the problem.

Renaming it, we disable the folder, so everything inside it, so the game load without files inside that folder like cars models, sirens, weapons, ...

To disable them, add/modify this line in the lspdfr.ini file: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

Now Traffic Policer is the problem. Remove it

Unfortunately, there are antivirus that are real viruses that cannot be uninstalled, as in your case, and I think that's the problem. Remove it from the pc because it is not safe: you can try to restart your pc and see if that helps you; if not is better how i done to go in Windows's safe mode and try there. Let me know the result

Try to restart your pc and make an exception of the game from your antivirus. If the problem persist disable also Windows Defender

Remove all the Albo1125 plugins they are obsolete. (If we want to be more specific the cause is LSPDFR+ because you have changed something in the file, if you want to play again with his plugins if they are not very problematic i recommend to reinstall it so every option become to default)

Hve you installed LSPDFR 0.4.7 (Build 7529) manually?

Update .Net Framework to 4.7.2 (or higher)

You are running GTA 5 2060 so is necessary to update LSPDFR to 0.4.7 (Build 7529)

Is possible to create a random peds on the ground? If is possible how can i do that?

I have the same i though it was the plugins that i have installed but now that i read this i think that is a lspdfr problem

The first thing that i think is that the latest patchday (23) is problematic so if you have installed somethinh there cut and paste in patchday 22,21 (...)

If you play GTA 5 (without Rage) what happen?

It could be so i want see a new log so play on Rage.exe and play normally and when crash the game paste your Rage log again
