  1. Remove Traffic Control becuase it is too obsolete. Exception message: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. Try to replace the RageNativeUI.dll file in the GTA 5 main folder. I think you have installed it incorrectly
  2. Update RageNativeUI to 1.6.3 (replacing it in the GTA 5 main folder)
  3. Exception message: Cannot load invalid model with hash 0x8a63c7b9. The model POLICE4 is invalid. You can find this file in the vehicles.meta. I recommend to install a new pack.

Update ALPRLite to 1.5.2.5, Chill Callouts to 1.0.8.5, UltimateBackup to 1.8.3.2 and remove Arrest Manager, HighWay Callouts, LSPDFR+, PeterUCallouts, PoliceSmartRadio, Traffic Policer and Wilderness Callouts In addition i recommend to set your TimeoutThreesold to 60000 (ms) from the Ragepluginhook configuration or by the Ragepluginhook.ini file.
  5. Update RageNativeUI to 1.6.3 (replacing it in the GTA 5 main folder)
  6. You have changed something in the keyboard of LSPDFR+ a value that cause the crash of the game. You can reset it fro the file or simply reinstalling this plugin so everthing become to default
  7. Exception message: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Try to restart your pc and make an exception of your antivirus. Check your pc havent installed some antivirus automatically because they are virus. If the problem persist disable also Windows Defender In addition: Remove everything inside the commandline (.txt) then save and close also force windowed mode.
  8. Try to load LSPDFR in the commandline and not in the loading screen
  9. Callout Manager is the problem remove it, it is too obsolete. I recommend to remove also CopHolster, Interaction+, LocationalDamage, Officer_Status_Plugin, tacco_highway_callouts, XScanner and to update Chill Callouts to 1.0.8.5, ScriptHookVDotNet to 3.0.4.0, UltimateBackup to 1.8.3.2
  10. It is not recommended to use patchday 23 because it is problematic and does not display all the templates you have installed

  18. Have you follow all the steps i have indicated?
  19. Make sure to replace the visualsettings.dat into these folders otherwise it wont work. First Open IV/ mods/ommon.rpf/Data and find visualsettings.dat in there and replace it, then go back to mods folder and also replace the visualsettings.dat into Update/Update.rpf/common/Data and replace the visualsettings.dat there and then it should work.
