That's strange, i recommend to reinstall Ragepluginhook. When you have installed it is necessary reproduce the crash in-game and send this log here.

Remove YetAnotherPartnerMod, Wilderness Callouts, Traffic Policer, Traffic Control, tacco_highway_callouts, PoliceSmartRadio, PeterUCallouts, MoreRadioChatter, LPCallouts, Keep Calm and Arrest Manager. Some of them are very obsolete how YetAnotherPartnerMod and LP Callouts (they still use the LSPDFR 0.3 API)

The problem is RageNativeUI, unfortunately there are not many solution, you can try to replace that file

Try to restart your pc and make an exception of the game by your antivirus and then if the steps were not risolutive, disable also Windows Defender

It seems that a callout is the problem, unfortunately there aren't information about it. I recommend to remove at first CalloutManager and Callout because they are a little too outdated.
