I have the latest steam version, i can play in game and on duty for about 15 minutes before lcpdfr crashes, i have no other mods installed. here is what i got. scripthook.log LCPDFR.log

I own the game on steam. Does it say in the log whats causing the crashing or freezing?

None. The only mods i have are united callouts, LSPDFR, Better EMS, and enhanced native trainer. That's all

I don't have a mods folder.

Same thing happens when going into the police station or on duty on LSPDFR RagePluginHook.log

Using the latest version of LSPDFR and the ragehook thats bundled with it. As soon as i load into the game, and try to change my graphics, it freezes my entire computer.

I downloaded lspdfr, then installed the ragepluginhook that was bundled with it. Every time I try to create a character, features are missing or the section of appearance blanks out entirely from a glitch, then if not that, I get a black screen when launching the game, or a black screen while in the police station, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times now, and the same thing keeps happening. I managed to get it working, im using the ragehook bundled with LSPDFR, but now im getting freezes and glitches, such as creating a character, some features disappear completely forcing me to restart, and saving character forces me to restart, another problem is if I go anywhere near the graphics settings, it freezes my game completely

I downloaded the manual install and compatibility patch, but I can't get the mod to load, am I doing something wrong? I extracted the legacy edition 1.1 and compatibility patch, first put the files in the directory, and then the compatibility patch over it, I launch the game, go outside, nothing happens.

I downloaded 1.1 legacy edition manual install, i dragged and dropped everything in the gta 4 directory, then installed the compatibility patch. Crashes still when i go outside

Just downloaded the mod from here and the complete edition fix, yet when i loaded the game, walked outside, and it crashed. Am i doing something wrong? LCPDFR.log
