You could: Re-create the folder from scratch by deleting it and reinstalling everything you have installed and then verify by entering the game by starting Ragepluginhook If the previous point doesn't work: Go through the mods you've installed piece-by-piece to try and figure out which one is hostile to your game

I'm sorry but it is very likely that the mods folder is crashing your game. In the meantime, try to disable it as I told you. In case it works, you could try to recreate the mods folder and if it doesn't work you should analyze the mods you installed inside piece-by-piece

If the game continues to create problems, try deleting everything inside the commandline (.txt) file and if the problem persists, try starting GTA 5, without starting Ragepluginhook. Try reinstalling it. If it doesn't work it's possible it's a virus in your pc, but I wouldn't be able to tell you for sure
