If you want random chases not to appear on the map you have to write like this: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true otherwise if you want to leave them active set it like this: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = false

I don't see anything important in the registry, try disabling your mods folder rename it to _mods (if you have one)

They both look like random lspdfr crashes. Try reinstalling lspdfr using manual installation and if the problem persists, rest assured as these crashes usually resolve automatically

Try to check the integrity of the game files and if the problem recurs reinstall all the plugins you have installed but one at a time to see if it is actually a specific plugin blocking your game.
