like is it possible make the xscanner work outside the car.. or you have to be on the vehicle . that what i mean make work on the belt radio , outside the vehicle

cars are still gets stuck behind you when you have your lights on, or when you do traffic stop... also big semi or big truck, and tow trucks wont move of the way.. cant wait for your next project. or update, but is getting better then before 🙃
