​ If you could make them like this it might be way easier. The individual quadrants just alternate top to bottom and it makes a cool looking effect.

Check out the lights on this video at 2:03. Coolest flash pattern and nobody has done it in GTA yet. Its like the quadraflare divided up into 4 smaller quadrants that flash differently.
