  5. I know you said you are holding off but I would really like to see a Pierce County Sheriff themed Liberty County Sheriff pack. They skins are pretty simple but the graphics part is tricky. The models don't matter but bugz Tahoe, DSF CVPI, any Caprice would be great. Thanks!
  6. You can change the ELS settings in the .ini files for each car to make sure the lights work correctly.

  11. Lighting looks great except for those push bar lights.... completely useless
  12. You need to work on getting your text lined up straight. The police logo and burbank are at two different angles.
  13. What you should do is download paint.net for free and just start experimenting with different paint schemes on different templates, that's all I do. It will take some time but you will get the hang of it eventually.
