  1. You are very welcome, I don't ever want to come across like I am better than anyone else. I am just a person like you that enjoys the same hobby. Thank you so much for the support man, we have such a niche community and it is nice for us to get some positive recognition!
  2. exactly, I just don't want to see gallery shots of something no one can have and I have already stated I will not support mods that think this way.
  3. no worries, if I find out that it is not a ALPHA and continues to be private you won't see it on my channel.
  4. my question to you is this, if someone uses something you made and gives you credit for it then why can't they release the model? I just don't get the whole credit thing to begin with, I have many mods for flight simulation as well as ETS2 and never once did I say make sure you credit me. I said enjoy! That is the whole point of modding is it not?
  5. I am under the assumption it will be released if other modders want to prevent that from happening screw them and their parts for the car, I won't use it.
  6. Thanks buddy, I wholeheartedly agree with what you said. I was distancing myself from model developers out there because I felt uncomfortable showing something to the public that wasn't released as I have always felt this way. I figured I would have a chat with the creators and see their opinion on modding before going ahead and showing the model on a video. I decided to do it because A. Other youtubers even in my gaming group were using the model in their videos and all I would have gotten would have been a flood of comments WHY I am not using it. B. I felt it was far enough along to show that it was an alpha and that people will benefit from the full version in the end. If I had a completed model perfectly ready for release I wouldn't have shown it at all, I can promise you that. I try to link every mod I use and I really love when people say how much they love a particular mod because THEY TOO can have it to enjoy. Thanks man I appreciate that, I would love to see this community get back to reality and start enjoying the game again.
  7. Yes I am one of those lucky enough to be approached to alpha test a CVPI. I had a long chat with them before doing so because I don't believe in people flaunting a mod that no one can have, it pisses me off when people do it and I would never want that for my subscriber base and community. I explained how model locking is a power ego trip and it ruins what the community is all about, they assured me they were on the same opinion about it so I agreed to show it in my video. I will NOT support the work of modders that decide to act like children with the notion they own the 3d model of a car they never took the hours to create. I get that zmodeler isn't for everyone and I just don't have the time to learn it all, that is why I am so grateful for the ones that do take that time and create beautiful mods for GTA. I also understand it takes a long time to convert models, I am not hating on that at all but the audacity to keep showing off mods without the intent of releasing until locking is available is just down right low and it shows their character. I appreciate all of you that said kind things about my character, I always will put my ass on the line for something I believe in. Keep being awesome.
  8. I agree 100% I have never understood the mindset of modders showing off their work when they never intend to share it. I find it quite frustrating to see how the end of the GTA IV era was handled in this department. If you don't want to share with the community and build relationships with each other then what is the point? We are all here because we all love the same thing. I have zero tolerance with people that must accrue all the credit constantly, don't get me wrong I appreciate the hard work of modders (being a consumer) and I voice that on videos I create when I do use them. The ego trip that can come from making virtual cars has been so outrageous in the past that I stopped using their mods and focused on the more humble bunch. Ah well my 0.02
  9. Thanks for the mention, I was like hey I recognize that shot!
  10. Thank you for updating! I can use this again without the parking brake keeping me from responding!
  11. I don't use that mod nAssailant but I am not sure why your Stanier looks like that Stealth. I just use the coronas mod and amber parking lamps.
Another amazing release!!! I use this in my videos and won't do a patrol without them now!
  12. Glad to hear it San, I am excited for this! Love seeing modders work together.
  13. Holy crap man you are awesome, thanks for the amber lights! I will be trying these out in videos to come!
Really enjoyed this mod a lot! Brings a nice change of pace to the GTA 5 world and lets you take in the scenery. I look forward to updates and additions to the mod especially to combat the lack of brake friction when stopped and the jittering in first person while moving. The speed limit zones are quite unrealistic (some showing 110 mph) so I usually won't go over 45 mph 50 mph max. I would like to see derailment a possibility to keep you in the limits, I can attest that this mod works great with the improved train mod by Walter.
  14. Really loving this Lt. Caine, can't wait for updates and additions!
  15. Great job loooks really good, loving the new update!!!
  16. Very nice texture, anyway you could possibly get the amber parking lamps with it?
  17. Loving this siren, yes the SS2000 is a SS2000. I don't know how anyone could mistake NYPD and LAPD? Our local Dept. St Ann uses this one in their chargers so I hear it all the time!
Absolutely perfect! I was looking for a Smart Siren that sounds this good and doesn't change anything else but the main police cars. You knocked it out of the park and I am using it in my videos now!
  18. Really wish the wail was included as well, good work otherwise!
Really love the V-CON but the wail is the vanilla siren unfortunately. I would give it 5 stars if it was complete!
