  1. Correct. Even with LSPDFR not running these crashes happen. Examples of missions. Towards the end of the game when you have delete the files in the FIB building, you need to get a firetruck. The crash happens the moment you still a firetruck. There's literally 10-20 seconds of driving before the crash happens. Before the mission of needing to "acquire" the truck you can steal and drive a firetruck around, even with the wanted level. But the moment you were tasked to drive the vehicle to the drop off point. ... Crash With the final mission requiring the "procurement" of the Gauntlents and the Police Van. The game worked fine; however the moment I entered the area where the police van was I was tasked with driving the van to a drop off point. The game would crash even before I could get in the van. Now the workaround I used for the firetruck was to install the native trainer and spawn a firetruck on the drop off marker. Once the vehicle spawned directly on top of the marker the drop off was completed before the crash could happen and I was able to continue. I had no way to replicate the results for the police van. I could spawn one, drive it around, however the moment I was tasked with getting the targeted police van and dropping it off the game would crash. The same for the Gauntlets, the moment I was tasked with dropping off the vehicle the game would crash seconds after I entered it. I tried a hangout function with one of the characters. I was tasked to proceed to a point of my choosing, the game crashed. So my hunch is that any function that requires the player to take a specific vehicle to a specific point is similar to coastal callouts function of taking a victim from the point of rescue to a drop off point. I've accidentally hit the wrong button and bailed out of the aircraft and this would cause a crash. (I'd hit "F" instead of "G" to lower the gear). So that's why I have this hunch because the game crashes when I accidentally exit the helicopter when doing a drop off. In regular GTA V I'm doing a drop off and I'm not in a helicopter so ... crash. As part of trouble shooting a couple of days ago. I disabled the mods folder and the same thing happened. So today when I removed all of my mods. Mods folder, Coastal Callouts, etc. Everything worked perfectly. Just a little background about me. I'm new to modding GTA V and I have mad respect for this modding community because my goodness GTA V is not a forgiving game to mod. I've modded Mass Effect and I was acting all smug because that was some intense piece of work. ... well not compared to GTA V. Anyway I know big mods rely on a lot of moving things and that scripting, especially for GTA V, is very difficult. Huge mod like this has a lot of moving parts. Like I said I have a hunch the bug might be there because all of these functions being the same and I could be dead wrong too and for that I do apologize.
  2. Just a hunch but I think the scripts for Coastal Callouts are bugging the main game's heist setup missions. I think the functions of patient drop off are similar to the functions that are needed to get cars for the heist. Even though these two different scripts do two completely different things I'm thinking they're working along the same lines and somehow when, trying to get vehicles for the heist, the scripts are mixed up and the game crashes. When I'm doing coastal callouts and am flying a patient back to a drop off location, sometimes I hit the wrong button and bailout which crashes the game almost instantly. The other missions in GTA V work well however only functions that require a vehicle to go from point A to B are affected. Hangouts are also affected as the game crashes when prompted to drive to specific location. I disabled the mod folder and the crashes still happened. Only after Coastal Callouts was eliminated were the problems solved. For now this is just a really strong hunch that I think you may be interested in looking into. Please don't let this take away from the fact that I love this mod very much as it adds a wonderful dynamic to LSPDFR. Thank you so much for your time and your hard work.
  3. I try that method but the door doesn't close shut all the way. It closes but the last few inches are still open.
  4. Sorry for the silly question. Is there a fix for the doors not closing after a hoist mission? I remember seeing something about this being a situation but haven't seen a fix yet, not unless I missed it and for that I do apologize. I have to use the repair function to get the door to close. using the vehicle menu leaves the door partially open. HH-65 Also this plugin reminds me of one my favorite games I played back in the day called Search and Rescue so thank you for making this.
  5. @FTW Flamez I think everything is fixed. I hope. Please let me know if it isn't
  6. Oh, I needed this! A second pair of eyes always helps. Thank you @FTW Flamez Most of the cars and areas are fixed now just needed to rename them (ooops)
  7. m.v.a. is expanded LEO file I think suicide attempt is in there as well.
  8. @skyred50 I'm doing some digging into the missing files and I'm seeing what I missed. However some of the missing files are just duplicate files that I didn't include as I didn't see the point in having two files that said the exact same thing.
  9. Talking about those locations? I'm up to 13 that need to be recorded and I'm still looking.
  10. Heck yeah it is! I'll do more research into fire departments to see if I can come up with some more calls.
  11. Audio for 120+ calls being edited. 4 audio packs will also be included for; Fire, Medical, Military, and USCG in addition to new audio for law enforcement
  12. Thank you all for you support and be advised there are currently 60+ new calls on the way. Calls include; Bomb threat, hostage situation, dead body found, chemical shipment hijacked, secure scene for medical services, secure scene for detectives, plane/helicopter crash, and much, much more.
  13. As far as this dispatcher audio goes it's all done by the Marvelous Cari Sholtens. So all the audio other than what's in the (General Scanner Audio) is all female. I don't have male or female (yet). Well shoot. I'll go back and take a look. Now, fair warning, I think I missed some car models but I couldn't figure out what they were; so we recorded what we could but the vehicle categories. Hey thank you. I'll let Cari know about your compliment. She's the professional in the group 🙂 I'm just the audio tinkerer.

Hello! Nameless New Guy here. Dispatch Revamp Alpha is a resource for Call Out Developers. This package includes call outs for fires, helicopter missions, and an assortment of other call outs. I only did the call outs I could find and thus the reason this file upload is listed as Alpha I'm pretty sure I missed a lot but hopefully we knocked out a large chunk. So I'm mostly new to LSPDFR and as a person that's interested in law enforcement games I think LSPDFR is one of the best (if not THE best) law enforcement game on the market. I'm new to GTA V modding but I'm not new to modding games. Having said that I understand that GTA V isn't friendly for mod developers and all you are doing the best you can to work with what you got. That's what modding is all about right? Working with you got ... and in the world of dispatch audio, from what I can tell there isn't a lot to work with. So since I can't mod anything I decided to put my audio tinkering skills to the test and have brought you this resource. Please Note: This is a resource for Call Out Developers Only At This point. Why? Well because I'm not familiar with every single call out that's out there so I'm pretty sure I missed some lines somewhere. What WILL happen is that different callouts will pull their audio from different locations. Meaning you'll get different dispatch voices delivering you the same call. Developers a problem you should be aware of and I think it's fixed. But the audio may glitch this is because there may be some meta data on the file. There should be no meta data because I've went through every last file but mistakes happen. Other than that my only is concern is that I'm missing call outs I don't know about. Features - You get flavors with most of your audio. You'll have a calm and an urgent version of some things. That's right when your fellow officer is getting shot at the dispatcher will have a sense of urgency in her voice. - Helicopter calls complete with custom call signs, missions, and mission complete or mission fail audio (example "Mission failed, RTB, and stay out the Captain's sight" - Some generic calls for fire (i.e citizens report a small or large amount of smoke) hopefully that cover structure, vehicle, what have you. -You may notice a file with (+Typing) yeah, are you annoyed by the Uhhhhs? Well now there is typing there so the call will sound like this "Unit 1, Citizens reports suspicious activity in *keyboard typing* Davis" .. yes the Uhhhs are there too if you want to use them. FAQ Why did you make this file? Because I can't mod. I like audio engineering and so I decided to contribute by uploading some of my audio tinkerings in hopes of giving call out developers the chance to finally create the calls they want. Also having our own source for custom audio removes the restrictions of what comes with the game. That voice actor sounds familiar...who is she? Ah, you have good ears! That's Cari Scholtens, she was featured in Mass Effect Andromeda, she's the Human Infiltrator, Gill's Friend (the doctor you meet) and an extra in the opening sequence of the game. She asks you to help with the generators. Whaaa? Mass Effect ... is this resource free? Uh, yeah! She volunteered to help out so it's not right to charge. So why isn't this a replacer? Because I'm super new to the LSPDFR scene and I don't know about all of the call out packs out there. Since they all pull their audio from different places I thought it would be best to let these skilled people use this resource for their own work so you and I won't get mished mashed audio with our calls. Not a question ... but you forgot something... Dang it! I'm am so sorry about that. Please let me know the line that's missing and we'll see if we can get it fixed. Say can you do this really awesome thing? I think that would be neat! I'm all for helping people improve their gaming experience. But keep in mind I'm just an audio tinkerer. I mean I just learned how to install cars ... so ... yeah. But if it's something I can do I'll give it a shot. Also note I'm working on other neat things too. Like what? Better police audio. Seriously? Yep. Got voice actors lined up and getting more lined up to cover LSPD, LSSD, BCSO, FIB, SAHP, IAA, and other agencies. So far am I at 197 lines. This means that when you arrest suspects cops won't cuss ... as much. If someone is skilled with the LSPDFR API they can set the audio so the officers of various agencies can ID themselves with said agency.
  14. All right! I'm sending off lines today for Officers and Civilians. lines will include professional dialogue for police officers. I've also have lines for different agencies. LSPD, LSSD, SAHP, BCSD, and FIB. I've also have some lines in there to lay the ground work for mod developers to use so they can make their own situations that require SWAT, Detectives, Sergeants, Lieutenants, and FIB agents. Also have a couple of lines for K-9 units just a couple. Things like "My dog indicates there's drugs in the car." "My dog sniffed around but didn't find anything." Officers will have a few questions to ask peds. "Have you been drinking anything?" "Are you on medication?" Officers will also have audio for police observations example "whoa, do see all of those open beer cans?" There are lines for those moments you need to flash a badge "Whoa. I'm an officer the LSPD. Calm down." or "Federal Agent! Stand down!" Civilians will have more responses as well. Some will be standard GTA V "fuck the police" others will be more grateful, some might be terrified. I'm thinking about doing some badge bunnies too. Not sure about that. Just thinking about it. Backup messages will be added too. Officers will have more messages so they won't always seem to be at the little coffee shop around the corner. If there's something you can think of let me know and I'll see if I can add to the list. Now here's something you might not like. To streamline production I am not going to record every street, or area, for the officers. The dispatcher is going to do the bulk of all of that.
  15. So leave it to me to find a weird issue that has no fix it seems. https://www.dropbox.com/s/81e99ceu5e4ljz3/2020.01.19-11.55.mp4?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/jtb3xl0mzjur61m/2020.01.19-12.34.mp4?dl=0 So I have ELS cars installed and the lights are bright enough however the colors are off. Reds are yellow/orange and blues are extremely light blue/borderline white. I've tried numerous visual settings to no avail. I even used files that turned taxi's to be brighter than the sun and made a car's metallic grill glow brighter than day time too. I could fix taxi issue, but anyway the lights are still bugging me. So what am I doing wrong? The second video you can see my settings. Is there a file somewhere I need to edit or what?
  16. Sorry quick update. Doing auditions for more officers right now. Auditions to end around 12-19-20. I have lines for all of the agencies that I can think of. Now, to expedite production, the officers will not be specific they won't say hey I can get a plate for a red, hauler. They say "Hey dispatch can you a plate check for this vehicle?" I will meet people halfway and will give them numbers colors and vehicle categories. Also I will not have them mention street names (again to cut down production time) dispatcher (which still has a few kinks i.e. missing locations) will have all of that information. And for the most part the dispatcher is working perfectly. Plugin developers will have the option of more calls and can use an option where the dispatcher doesn't say "uhhh" but rather uses keyboard typing. Also included generic calls for Fire Fighter Role Play
  17. I really love your mod. It's working better than most and this is no lie because I tried them all 🙂 My only problem besides the sun being a wee too bright for my taste is that the running lights are extremely bright. https://imgur.com/undefined https://imgur.com/undefined https://imgur.com/undefined For now I'm not using other visual mods as they're a bit wonky. I'm loving your work. You've done a great job and they're solving the problems I've been having with ELS lights. I Notice that for other cars the lights are a orange and baby blue and that could simply be on my end. Also I'm using the ELS Default pack. Thank you so much for taking the time to read all of this and for your hard work.
  18. That was the ticket the metadata needed to be deleted. Woo I need to find a program that can do for a few hundred files 🙂 but the problem is solved and things are sounding great.
  19. So remove the silence at the start of each track? I can do that no problem!
  20. And we're working to kill the clicking sounds you hear.
  21. Looks like the fix is working. It was an encoding issue. So all of the vanilla LSPDFR callouts are done. We're going to knock out the callouts and audio for Assorted Callouts and Traffic Policer. Plugin authors are more than welcome to the resource files too to make new callouts that will cover traffic accidents, reports of fire, and air support missions. From transporting VIPs, to providing over watch, to transporting a SWAT team.
  22. Think we may have found a fix. I'll upload sample of the problem too just in case further adjustments do not work.
  23. Okay dispatcher files complete did about 790+ files. Problem is this. While they sound great they're distorted and amplified in game. I'm looking into how to fix this. Edit: and I'm open to suggestions on how to fix the problem too 🙂 So what's this dispatcher files for? They replace the vanilla dispatcher and change some aspects so instead of hearing a bunch of uhhh's you'll have a mix between those and hearing background keyboard typing. There's audio for auto collision calls, air support calls (complete with mission success or mission failed dialogue), have audio for fire calls (i.e citizens report large amounts of smoke) and new calls can be created as we go along. But all that depends on the problem getting solved which I'm researching...hopefully I'll have more good news. Oh and I have a nice group of voice actors for police officer voices.
