It's impossible to have different light bars on one vehicle (with a few exceptions). The cars from ineseri's post are default cars modified to support up to 4 skins. Default, unmodified cars can only have one skin, which is very hard to edit.

And let's not forget Lt.Caine (on GTA Police Mods).

Actually, I disagree. Police in GTA 4 doesn't have x-ray vison - I was able to successfully hide from them (I could even see them passing by!). Unless they bring the helis, that is.

It does. We (whole LCPDFR) don't support cracked copies, which can bug/glitch the game. It would be a waste of time. Besides, it would also be supporting piracy and that is forbidden here.

What you want to do is impossible without scripts, thus editing game files won't work. Trust me, I know a bit about the way the game handles peds :)

Lt.Caine's and Ekalb's mods are far more superior than default cars.

I'd like to see a non-ELS, lore friendly NYPD styled LCPD clan. Hell, I could even make skins and peds for it!

The rank progression system is not and probably never will be implemented. You can't have a lower rank as there are none!

LCPDFR has nothing to do with car mods, so yes, all models will show up. Models and skins are rather addons instead of mods as you can have as many as your computer can handle and they aren't interacting with each other.

Um... There hasn't been any new posts since the one from a week ago. Was it necessary to reopen the discussion just to say that it should be closed? Also, I see no reason to close this thread. How is it getting out of hand?
