    A shorter version of an original GTA V Granger modified by Thundersmacker and DLer. I have mapped it and modified to LSPD-LLSD version, with a non-ELS default GTA V lightbar, antennas, prisoner divider and a pushbar that appears 50% of time. Included in the archive are 4 LSSD Black & White skins and 8 extra skins - 4 LSPD and 4 LSSD. -------------------------------------- Installation: - Use OpenIV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package. - Open the vehicles.ide file in your Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata folder, find the lines beginning with the names of the appropriate models, and at the end of those lines add +livery. -------------------------------------- This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com. Model provided unlocked - there is no need for my permission when fair credit is given to me and other authors.     How I see it, is that Putin saw a chance to nab ethnically russian Crimea from a weakened ukrainian government, and he just used the "the russians are in danger" claim as a pretext to an invasion.

    You have to change the letter, there can't be two uppr_diff_000_a even with different prefixes. Example: uppr_diff_000_a_uni uppr_diff_000_b_whi uppr_diff_000_c_bla

    You can use the race suffixes (bla for black heads, lat for latino and whi for white). Use Custo's New Cops & State Troopers as an example.

    Man, are you serious? Offending me? Where did you offend me? We are both just trying to prove our point in a civil discussion. I don't recall offending anyone or being offended. I agree, but the fact that some minority is oppressed, whether it's true or not, is a great casus belli.

    Actually, it's Stock Lightning System. ELS has very nice lights, but the main problems are stability, performance, door bug and car god mode. Those are the reasons why I (and I can assume other Non-els people) don't use ELS.
