To clarify - this mod only affects AI cops spawned by the game. It does not affect cops spawned by mods such as LSPDFR and it won't, because that's not possible. It also will not affect the player, and will not affect ANYTHING connected to LSPDFR. -

@Sam, maybe add a poll? I'd vote no. I never really liked them, and the circles look just fine.

This is the exact same situation as with TSA checks on the airports - won't stop terrorists and will only hinder law abiding citizens. I used to be a moderator, and file approval was a chore. Almost every file was approved anyway, save for those that didn't adhere to the Community Guidelines, and those were but a fraction of all files. LCPDFR is a small site - we tend to have more high quality mods from reputable authors, as opposed to GTA5-mods, which is full of gems buried under a load of crap. Besides, the only mods that can contain viruses are script mods. You can't hide a virus in a texture, model or a text file (.dat, .meta, etc.). And if somebody were to upload a virus executable or .dll, it would have been picked by the automated scan anyway, while script mods that download the virus later (as was in the case of AngryPlanes and NoClip) wouldn't be detected by any anti virus scanner.

IMO it's not big enough to warrant it being a separate game. To use your comparison - Elder Scrolls Online is a radically different game from Skyrim, with a different world, story, mechanics, characters etc. And if it was a separate game, then you get another 60 gig game on your HDD. It's optimization, plain and simple.

Wow, the hype here is off the charts. Anyway, the preview looks great, and I can't wait for a release. That being said, take your time and don't rush the release.

Also, if you feel like going a bit over the budget - http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/xXwJD3 Amazing overclocking possibilities (you should get 4 GHz as minimum), killer card, 1 TB HDD and 8 GB RAM. Will probably cost 550 pounds, assuming you use the windows from your old pc. It WI cost even less if you can use an HDD from your old pc.
