No, I cant see any hats at all

Hey guys, I have a problem. The hats on my peds do not work(yes, the peds do have hats), I asked people in my clan, and they said they had no clue what could be causing the problem. I have tried Alt + U(while on duty), and using SNT. Anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks!
