A fictional, California-inspired BCSO Chevrolet Caprice with a Code 3 RX2700 lightbar. A non-ELS vehicle featuring optional DLS support for light stages and traffic advisor patterns.

This mod supports DLS (Dynamic Lighting System) for light stages, traffic advisor patterns, siren controls and more. DLS is optional, only light stage 3 will be usable without DLS.

Recommended mods:
Better License Plates Code 3 Z3 Siren SirenSetting Limit Adjuster (minimizes the risk of sirensetting ID conflicts with other mods)  
 
Installation
Includes Add-On and Replace versions. Installation with Lenny's Mod Loader (LML) is recommended. Refer to the included readme.pdf for detailed instructions.

You may replace or edit textures for personal use and create and redistribute liveries of your own using the provided template.
You may not circumvent any protecting measures to edit models, you may not redistribute this archive or its contents without permission.

Good Day!

After my last upload I have done many changes to my development. I have gotten better bases, better skills, and better developement parts. Overall I believe you guys will enjoy this vehicle, it has not been done before on LSPDFR! So we can say this is once in a lifetime thing, I will be adding more vehicles to this pack. I do want you guys to understand that this is early access so it is going to have a few bugs.

Hey ya'll.
 
I promised myself I'd try to get out some more public packs, and March was one of the targets, and it seems I'm on time for once. 😅
Originally this start out as a personal pack, then a mini-pack was made for Patreon, and well, now we're here with 14 cars (I added some additional cars for the public release).
 
This is a Blaine County Sheriff pack, I got the idea after playing around with Tacoma's police logo, and originally had come up with this design for LS Port Authority, but it seems to fit as a Sheriff design much better. Lighting style is based off Atlantic City police, where the used a similar lighting setup there. I combined the two together and well, I liked the outcome.

Flashing lights Each vehicle has 4 liveries, changeable in using a trainer. All units have 4 liveries  Variety of lighting colours and lightbar tints (e.g. clear lightbar, blue tint to go with blue lighting). Toggleable ALPRs through a trainer (extra_ten) No clue what else to write... just check it out

It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification. If you want to get ultra-realistic his Whelen Epsilon siren is by far the best representation of what Venice Police.

This is a small pack slightly themed around Shaler Township, PA Police but is not intended to be 1 to 1 in anyway. Has full DLS light stages as well as proper set up park and priority light modes. Currently not set up for replace as many cars require full custom files to work 100% properly. This pack also includes my first ever scratch model in the form of the Speed Timing Computers used by all departments in PA as only State Police can utilize Radar under current laws.

FAQs:
My lights are dim-
You need to install a light enhancing mod
 
Make it replace instead of DLC-
No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add. This is the easiest way.
 
Change something for my personal taste-
No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.
 
Change it to Los Santos instead of Olathe-
No. I plan on splitting Los Santos into multiple different agencies, and have no intention of having 3 or 4 "Los Santos PDs" in my game.

XYZ is wrong-
I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.
