    The title is showing up on my simple trainer, I'll click to have it spawn and it will say spawned on the bottom of the screen but will not show up in game. Any suggestions?

    I'm brand new to gaming PCs and only got one for LSPDFR. I'm looking for sheriff packs with all blue lighting, or can I install any pack I want and change the lights somehow? Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
