Attach all the extra_1_L0s together and do the same for all the extras and their _L0s, _L1s and _L2s. Any number above 9 will not function with ELS, it'll simply just become a steadyburn light. Attach all your equipment together too. Having multiple .wfts within a .wft can be really problematic. Check the tutorials section and watch Hlsavior's tutorial - it'll more that likely be of some help.

There's no unlocked Explorers for GTA IV. If he sends you the model, please let me know ASAP as it would be a violation of the terms that he was given it under. -

You could check with their staff to be 100% sure. I could be wrong and you could be right and vice versa or both of us could be wrong. Checking is probably the best method.

My advice isn't. Humster3D doesn't allow you to release their models in locked or unlocked forms. (Last time I checked the license that is)

Why don't you change the wheels yourself? You'd feel more confident when modding and it'll definitely boost your self-esteem.

Does the model work as expected in game? OpenIV often has these cock-ups. If you've not tried, I suggest you do to make sure. It happened more so on the earlier versions of OpenIV but I've not seen that for a while. Try it and report back :)

I believe the AST use a Police Interceptor variation of the Explorer. If you're going for realism, it's not very realistic...

The turn signals for example are incorrect. Also, if you're still using the CVPI wheels, those are massively incorrect. The mirrors should be completely black, unless of course there's a light on them - but the light shouldn't be a turn signal. EDIT: The above refers to the Police Interceptor line of Explorers.

You could post videos of your patrols and promotional videos on YouTube. It'll probably end up being in someone's recommended box. I believe you can give a link to videos in the Media section, providing they are LCPD:FR videos. Aside from that there isn't really anything I can think of. The management team were working (not sure if they still are) on the Groups section here, so another thing you could do is wait for that.

It could be a Liberty that's custom made to the department's liking. The car in this post has a custom Liberty. Or instead of ordering a custom Liberty, the department could have ordered a regular one and customized it.

To add onto what Sgt.Kanyo said, the Humster3D license prohibits redistribution in locked or unlocked forms. I'd suggest using another 3D model website, such as TurboSquid, SQUIR, etc. As far as I'm aware, you're allowed to redistribute the models from these sites.
